SCIAC All-Sports: CMS won the Men’s (64.5 pts), Women’s (63.5) and Combined (128) All-Sports Trophies. CMS won a SCIAC record 11 titles this year and the point totals for the women and combined are the highest all-time.
Baseball: Beat Occidental at home 2-1 and won at Whittier 11-10 (10). Team finished 23-17 overall and 17-11 in SCIAC (4th).
Men’s Golf: Finished second at the SCIAC Championships with a score of 580. Tain Lee (CMC ‘12) earned First Team All-SCIAC honors and Jordan Stein (CMC ‘14) earned Second Team All-SCIAC honors. Lee also won the Jesse Clark Sportsmanship Award. Team finished third in SCIAC with 36.5 points.
Women’s Golf: Did not compete.
Women’s Lacrosse: Finished first at the SCIAC Tournament beating Occidental 16-6 and Pomona-Pitzer 16-7. Team is 15-2 overall and finished 10-0 in SCIAC (1st). SCIAC Champions
Softball: Hosted the SCIAC Tournament and went 2-2. Team beat Whittier 7-2, lost to Redlands 3-2 (9), beat La Verne 4-3 and lost to Redlands 9-5. First Team All-SCIAC honors were earned by Rebecca Gularte (‘12) Pitcher, Katerina Yale (CMC ‘11) Catcher, Emily Lopez (CMC ‘12) Shortstop, Michelle Harvey (CMC ‘11) Outfield, Megan Morris (CMC ‘12) Outfield and Amanda Banducci (CMC ‘12) Designated Player. Second Team All-SCIAC honors were earned by Evan Friedenberg (‘12) Pitcher and Harmony Palmer (CMC ‘13) Third Base. Team finished 34-10 overall and 19-5 in SCIAC (1st). SCIAC Co-Champions
Men’s Tennis: Competed at the Ojai Valley Tournament. Alex Lane (CMC ‘13) won the Division III Singles title. Lane earned SCIAC Player of the Year honors. Alex Johnson (CMC ‘13) earned First Team All-SCIAC and Robbie Erani (CMC ‘12), Russell Brockett (CMC SR) and Ronald Wu (CMC ‘11) earned Second Team All-SCIAC. Team finished 24-3 overall and 8-0 in SCIAC (1st). SCIAC Champions
Women’s Tennis: Competed at the Ojai Valley Tournament. Kristin Lim (CMC ‘13) earned SCIAC Player of the Year honors. Crystal Lim (CMC ‘14) earned First Team All-SCIAC and Chloe Dobbert (CMC ‘14) and Jessie Huang (CMC ‘14) earned Second Team All-SCIAC. Team finished 18-2 overall and 9-1 in SCIAC (1st). Track & Field: Competed at the SCIAC Championships. The women won with 153 points and the men finished second with 141. SCIAC Champions included Reny Colton (CMC ‘12) in the 100 hurdles, long and triple jumps, Madeleine Miller (‘11) in the 400 hurdles and Koko Huang (CMC ‘13) in the pole vault for the women and Kris Brown (CMC ‘11) in the 5000 for the men. The women finished tied for first in SCIAC with 13 points and the men finished second with 12. Women SCIAC Co-Champions
Women’s Water Polo: Finished third at the SCIAC Championships. Team beat Cal Lutheran 11-4, lost to Redlands 10-9 and beat Pomona-Pitzer 9-8. Team finished 15-12 overall and 7-3 in SCIAC (3rd).
